SUMMARY:TaiJi-QiGong Class with Paula Reardon-Webster
DESCRIPTION:Boston Acupuncture Project hosts TaiJi-QiGong classes taught by instructor Paula Reardon-Webster in autumn 2019. Since this is a new location for our instructor\, we are welcoming new participants in each class! These classes are appropriate for both new and experienced practitioners. Classes are Thursday evenings\, 6:00-7:00pm\, at 74 Fairmount Avenue\, Hyde Park\, MA 02136.\n\n\n\n\nQiGong and TaiJi cultivate health\, strength\, and energy\n\n\n\n\nQigong integrates physical postures\, breathing techniques\, meditation and focused intentions\, also incorporating Taiji form (Chen Style) movement in this evidence-based program.
