DESCRIPTION:Join us to learn about the benefits of ear seeds and specific points to relieve stress\, anxiety\, and insomnia. The second half of this class is a hands-on\, practical lesson on how to apply ear seeds to yourself for stress relief and self-care. \nAuriculotherapy is the stimulation of specific points on the outer ear to benefit health. Ear seeds are small\, round seeds or balls applied to the outer ear with medical tape\, used for auriculotherapy. \nNOTE: all ear seeds used in this class are latex-free. \nDr. Angela Jamal is a retired public school educator and now doctor of acupuncture specializing in auriculotherapy\, specifically ear acupressure.
