Our New Patient Process

UPDATE AS OF JUNE 14, 2021: tele-health intakes are currently optional. New patients can come in and get acupuncture right away. Book your first visits online or by phone and come in for your intake AND first treatment in person.

Are you new to Boston Acupuncture Project? Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here and we look forward to being your partner in health.

Here’s how our New Patient process works:

Just get in touch. We do have some times on the online scheduler, but really, feel free to give a call or a text. We can book your first in-person visit at the same time.
Green box says New Patient Process Step 2: fill out paperwork. The link is in your confirmation email! Icons of smartphone and hands typing on keyboard.
(We also know not EVERYONE has email. Just let us know when you call so we can figure something out.)
Yellow Square says New Patient Process Step 3: Have your telehealth consult. We prefer Zoom or Doxy - but can do phone, too!
After your acupuncturist reviews your Health History and Consent forms, you will meet virtually to talk about your health concerns, and what to expect at your first visit.
Pink box says New Patient Process Step 4: come in for acupuncture! Icon of recliner.
Finally, get your first treatment at Boston Acupuncture Project! Talk about your treatment plan and figure out when you’re coming back. You will be able to book all Return Visits online.
